These Coconut And Matcha Popsicles Are Almost Too Gorgeous To Eat, And Even Easier To Make!

Popsicles are an easy way to get a sweet fix without sacrificing too many calories, especially those made with clean ingredients. One woman, Eliza, from Waterloo, Belgium, has an entire Instagram account dedicated to creating healthy smoothies, desserts and more! The ingredients you need for her coconut popsicles, are as follows:

Full Fat Coconut Milk (400 ml can)
Agave Syrup (2-3 tbsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)

The instructions are simple, she suggests combining all the ingredients and then sprinkle with not only rose blossoms but also cornflowers. Then she instructs her followers to freeze them for at least four hours. From there, you can enjoy!

For the Matcha Popsicles, here are the ingredients you will need:

Full Fat Coconut Milk (400 ml can)
Agave Syrup (2-3 tbsp)
Ripe Avocado (1)
Matcha (1-2 tsp)

Instructions are as follows:

For this recipe, you will want to take 50 ml of the coconut milk and combine it with the matcha to make a nice green consistency. Add it to your bowl with all your other ingredients and blend until it is a nice consistency — creamy and smooth. She then suggests sprinkling with cornflowers and rose blossoms and then freezing in your mold for four hours or more, then enjoy!
