One of the worst ways to start a week is by feeling that we’re already behind. That’s probably one of the most common reasons why so many people detest Mondays. It’s not because anything is wrong with that day, in general. It is just that most of us are not prepared for the week to begin. If we have a slight mindset shift, like with anything, it can change the way we view Mondays. If we start thinking of the week ahead, on Sunday of the previous week, instead of Monday of the current week, we could positively shift everything. At least that is the theory we’re working with, and it has proved to be pretty successful for us.

So, let’s get into it. What’s the perfect Sunday Reset? It all starts with a routine. The routine we do on Sundays will determine how prepared, refreshed and excited we are for the upcoming week. If we start thinking of Sundays as a “me day,” then we can make everything about getting us primed for feeling good about ourselves – so much so that we start the week with a renewed optimism. And who doesn’t want to feel that way?
