The question in this title is almost insulting. Of course, EVERYONE wants radiant skin — BUT, the thing is, not everyone is willing to do what it takes to get there. Luckily, for us, there are tons of excellent, simple and easy tutorials floating around out there. Social Media creators like Morgan Lynzi have done all the hard work. They’ve tried them out, shown us exactly how to do it (through their videos), and have reviewed the results. What’s left? Now, we just need to mix them up in our kitchen and apply away!
As with all DIY beauty treatments, recipes and more, it is important to find what works best for YOUR skin. Consult an expert or a dermatologist, or possibly try a small patch of skin (in a hidden area) to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. Some skin can take harsher ingredients than other skin, but sometimes, to find out, you just have to give them a try. For this particular beauty DIY, you only need about five ingredients. On Lynzi’s page, she lists out all the ingredients and just the way to put them together.
Here it goes:
The Ingredients:
1 TBS coconut yogurt
3 TBS Chickpea / Gram flour
Squeeze of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of turmeric (optional)
1 TBS Honey ( raw preferred)
The Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and let chill for 30 minutes
2. Apply to clean skin and let sit for 15 minutes
3. Cleanse skin with a clean face cloth
4. Reserve leftover meals to repeat the next day
Remember, not everything works for everybody or every skin type, so make sure you consult your dermatologist before you try anything new. It’s all about the journey so don’t get discouraged, keep fine tuning your regimen until you find something that works perfectly for you (and your gorgeous skin)!
