We all start the day with a ton of expectations and a huge to-do list. Usually included on that checklist is the hope to workout. If you’re like us, and you’re not working out 5 times a week, every week, then we’ve got you! We discovered some of the best 5-minute workouts! We can do them right before, or after, that other thing we have to do (there are so many). We’ll break them down by concentrating on an area of the body. Continue below to check them out!
5 MINUTE TONED ARMS WORKOUT
First up, the arms. This video is great, it requires no equipment at all (actually all of these videos are equipment free). We can do this one while sitting on the floor. And, for a challenge, try looping it once or twice. We only do this exercise video once, but if you’re up to it, do it twice or even three times in a row. Just be ready to feel the burn, like FOR REAL.
5 MINUTE BACK FAT WORKOUT
This is SUCH a great workout. When we do this one, we actually sweat. So, maybe let’s save this particular one for the end of the day, or for a time when we don’t have to change our clothes. Again, if a challenge is needed, try doing it twice in a row, it works WONDERS!
5 MINUTE BOOB LIFT WORKOUT
Okay, to be completely honest, we haven’t tried this one yet, but if it’s as good as the first two, we just introduced you to gold! Of course (like with all of these 5-minute workouts), for a challenge, double up or even triple it (if you can). But, only stack them if you’re ready to face the music of sore muscles.
5 MINUTE FLAT ABS WORKOUT
Here’s another workout we haven’t yet completed. But we LOVE Sanne Vander so much that we’re trusting this one is just as good! Plus, with over 460k subscribers, she’s got a little authority over her niche.
5 MINUTE SLIM DOWN YOUR LEGS *FAST* WORKOUT
This one is our pick for legs, because of the “fast” part. We want to ensure that we’re recommending 5-minute workouts that will actually DO something for us. Try this, and see how it goes. We always have the option to do this workout just once, twice or even three times in a row, if you dare!
5 MINUTE SEXY BOOTY WORKOUT
Lastly, our 5-minute workout recommendation is for our peach emojis! That’s right, this workout is for our booties. To help put everything exactly where it should be, and a little tighter, try this workout. For those of us who need a little more attention, we’ll be putting this one on repeat!
So, there we have it, 5-minute workouts for every part of our bodies. The perfect thing about all of these workouts is the fact that we can stack them, mix them up, put them in any order, and so much more. They are so versatile and require NO equipment at all. So, if it’s a cardio day, and we want to give our workout a little more umph, we can pair one or more of these along with it.
