According to Harper's Bazaar, it's one of the first confirmed looks at the alleged couple in action.
Pidgeon, currently generating serious buzz for her role in Love Story: John F. Kennedy and Carolyn Bessette, kept it effortlessly understated for the outing — white tank, blue jeans, black accessories. Alwyn matched that energy in a black tee, stone-wash denim, and multicolored sneakers. Casual. Unbothered. Notably kissing in public.
The Taylor Swift Footnote Nobody Can Skip
Alwyn, best known to the general public as Taylor Swift's ex of six-plus years, has been in an odd liminal space since their split in early 2023 — right as Swift launched the Eras Tour and proceeded to soundtrack her heartbreak for millions. Songs like "Cornelia Street," "Lover," and "Delicate" were inspired by their relationship; the breakup itself later fueled The Tortured Poets Department, specifically tracks like "So Long, London" and "loml." A source told People at the time that Alwyn had struggled with Swift's stratospheric fame — which, given that she's now engaged to NFL star Travis Kelce, has only grown. The man clearly values a quieter life.
Pidgeon fits that preference. The actress has kept her personal life largely private, with only a previous link to Caleb Harper — guitarist and frontman of indie rock band Spacey Jane — in her public record. How she and Alwyn connected remains unknown, but the Brooklyn stroll suggests they're not exactly agonizing over the timeline.
